What is your global warranty on your products?

We have some problems with your product. I need a service manual to check for potential problems, so can repair it ourselves.

I lost my mouse/keyboard dongle (receiver). Is there anything I can do?

The dongle, KB, and mouse require a code pairing process. One receiver is mapped with one KB, so if the dongle (receiver) is lost, unfortunately, it is not replaceable.

It does not function anymore. It cannot be turned on not unless it is plugged in, what can I do?

Unfortunately, the battery is broken, here is no battery replacement, contact customer support for assistance.

The Ring Presenter receiver is missing. Can you send me another receiver or do I have to buy another one?

There is a pairing code between the receiver and presenter.
If you just opened the box and then found there is no receiver in it, you need return the product where you bought it or contact our service center immediately.
If you have misplaced the receiver or lost it, it cannot be replaced.

I bought a Ring Presenter, after I charged it for a long time, once I unplug it from the USB port, I cannot turn it on and it does not work. Why?

This is battery problem. Keep the invoice from where you bought it for exchange or contact our service center for replacement service.

Ring Presenter was working perfectly until I updated the ios two weeks ago. It works ok in another laptop but when i plug it in, but the app cannot recognise it, why?

There is no updated driver available for Mac 10.9 or later.
This is a plug-n-play device. The program on the website is an application not a driver. The App is only for Windows, Mac 10.8 or previous version.
